Lawney Physical Therapy, P.C. is an outpatient physical therapy practice treating both pediatric and adult patients. We provide comprehensive physical therapy care for children with sports injuries, general orthopedic and neurological injuries, developmental delays and disabilities.  Additionally we work with adults who require specialized outpatient physical therapy care for a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses as well as injury prevention and return to sport training.

 

Conveniently located two miles from the West Point Military Academy, in Fort Montgomery, NY, the clinic services the Hudson Valley.  Lawney Physical Therapy provides a comprehensive evaluation and develops an appropriate treatment plan which is executed in a caring and nurturing environment.

We provide New York State Early Intervention and Committee on Preschool Special Education physical therapy services in our office and accept many local insurances in our outpatient clinic.

Lawney Physical Therapy also provides physical therapy services in the school setting.  We are available to provide staffing to school districts looking for qualified therapists to integrate into the school environment.  We also provide evaluation services to assist with IEP eligibility and development.
